Shipping

πŸ’Œ When will my order ship?
Orders ship out once a week, typically on Saturdays!

Because I get a huge volume of orders during shop updates, your order may take 1-2 weeks to ship during these times.

πŸ’Œ Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship out from Maryland, USA.

πŸ’Œ How long will my order take to arrive?
If you're in the US, orders will typically arrive within 1-2 weeks after being shipped.

For orders to Canada, your order may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive once shipped.

πŸ’Œ What service are orders shipped with?
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail (for orders containing non-sticker items) and letter mail (for orders containing only stickers). Β 

πŸ’Œ Do orders come with tracking?
Orders containing non-sticker items come with tracking.

Sticker-only orders are shipped as untracked letters.Β  If you want your sticker-only order to be shipped with tracking, you can either:Β 

  • Purchase tracking for sticker-only orders at checkout
    OR
  • Purchase $35 or more of stickers and get upgraded to tracked shipping for free (only applies to orders within the USA).

πŸ’Œ Where do you ship to?
Currently my fanart shop only ships to the US and Canada.

πŸ’Œ Can I combine items from your fanart store with items from your non-fanart store and have them shipped together?

No.

πŸ’Œ Is it possible for you to mark down the value of my order on customs declaration?
No.Β  That would be mail fraud and the postal workers in charge of investigating mail fraud scare me.

πŸ’Œ Can I return my order?
No.Β  I unfortunately cannot accept returns unless it was a mistake in the order on my end (such as sending the wrong item or the wrong quantity).Β 

πŸ’Œ I put the wrong address on my order! Can I change it?
If your order has not been shipped out, I can correct the address on your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, I cannot change it and I cannot be held responsible if the order is sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to a wrong address on the buyer's part.

If your order is returned to me by USPS, it can be re-shipped to an updated address for an additional fee. Β
